Early next week a reporter from the Contra Costa Times is interviewing me about the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credits.  I thought it would be interesting to reach out to some first time home buyers directly (please disregard this entry if you are not a first time home buyer) and hear their perspective on the tax credits. Lately, many of my buyers have felt the pressure to buy before the $8k credit runs out supposedly Dec.1.  What do you think?
